Service Description
Our Sensory Dance Classes are specially designed for adults with complex disabilities and learning disabilities. These fun, inclusive sessions offer a unique way to enjoy low-impact exercise through dance and creative movement. We use a range of props – including poms, sensory scarves, flashing sticks, and wrist bells – to stimulate the senses, encourage movement, and create a joyful experience for everyone. ✨ Next Block Starts Thursday 4th September for 10 weeks 📍 The Vista Hall, Spalding, PE11 2PB 🕐 New Time: 1:30–2:30pm Price & Booking: - Spaces still available - Block booking (10 weeks): £30 - Pay As You Go: £3 per class (please contact Rose at roseannaadultsmove@gmail.com to arrange PAYG) -Carers/Support staff attend free 📞 Call Rose on 07538880122 💃 Get ready to move, groove, and have fun at our Sensory Dance Sessions!
