At Adults Move Lincolnshire, we specialise in creating personalised, movement-centered sessions for disabled adults and adults with learning disabilities to promote their physical, social, and emotional wellbeing. Whether in a group or individual setting, our sessions are designed to be fun, accessible, and safe for people of all (dis)abilities. We want everyone to have an accessible and enjoyable dance experience, therefore we offer our Sensory Dance on a mobile basis for individuals or care settings in South Holland. These sessions provide a unique and inclusive opportunity for individuals of all abilities to engage in dance and movement activities. We create a safe and welcoming environment where participants can explore and express themselves through dance, while also incorporating sensory elements to enhance the experience.
