Exercise in Care Homes

Adults Move Lincolnshire CIC is a trusted provider of group exercise classes in care homes/care settings across Lincolnshire since 2022. Our founder, Bekki, has developed our popular Movement to Music for Older Adults session, which has received enthusiastic feedback from residents in over 15 care homes. Our sessions are thoughtfully designed to enhance physical health, uplift moods, and foster a sense of community among older adults.

Sensory Dance

AML is dedicated to providing inclusive opportunities for adults with additional needs and disabilities. The Sensory Dance program offers a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore movement, express themselves, and enjoy the benefits of dance. Through sensory stimulation and adapted movements, participants can experience the joy of dance while enhancing their physical coordination, creativity, and self-confidence.

This project aims to create an accessible dance project that brings the joy of dance to people with disabilities and those with access needs in the South Holland area.

'Sense in Motion'

Sense in Motion was a 16 weeks dance project working with individuals with SEND and their support workers at Sense Centre Pinchbeck, creating a creative movement piece that includes everyone. It has been filmed, edited and will end in a cinema style sharing in September 2023.
