Join Roseanna for our next 4-week Sensory Sports at The Holbeach Hub in Holbeach, starting Friday 6th March. Each week we’ll explore a different sport — rounders, badminton, tennis, and football — through sensory-based movement activities designed to be accessible, inclusive, and fun. These sessions aren’t about traditional gameplay — they’re about connection, confidence, and the joy of movement. Expect adapted exercises using familiar sports equipment in creative, engaging ways to help everyone get active and reach the recommended 150 minutes of movement per week. Thanks to funding from Sense, this 4-week course of Sensory Sports is completely free of charge. We’ll also invite participants to share short feedback after each session, helping us understand the impact and continue breaking barriers for adults with additional needs to access sport and fitness opportunities.
