An inclusive movement session for adults with additional needs.
Service Description
Our Sensory Dance Class is specially designed for adults with complex disabilities and learning disabilities. These fun, friendly and inclusive sessions offer a joyful way to enjoy low-impact exercise through dance and creative movement. We use a range of props – including pom poms, sensory scarves, flashing sticks and wrist bells – to stimulate the senses, encourage movement and make the sessions engaging for everyone. ✨ Term-time only 📍 Bromley Memorial Hall, Spalding, PE11 3LL 🕐 1:30–2:30pm Price & Booking • £4 per class.
