Service Description
Our Sensory Dance Class is specially designed for adults with complex disabilities and learning disabilities. These fun, friendly and inclusive sessions offer a unique way to enjoy low-impact exercise through dance and creative movement. We use a range of props – including poms, sensory scarves, flashing sticks, and wrist bells – to stimulate the senses, encourage movement, and create a joyful experience for everyone. ✨ Next 10 week block starts Thursday 8th January 2026 📍 The Vista Hall, Spalding, PE11 2PB 🕐 New Time: 1–2pm Price & Booking: - Spaces still available - Block booking (10 weeks): £40 -Carers/Support staff attend free For more information or to discuss suitability, please email Bekki at info@adultmovelincolnshire.com. 💃 Get ready to move, groove, and have fun at our Sensory Dance Sessions!
