Service Description
Our Sensory Dance Class is specially designed for adults with complex disabilities and learning disabilities. These fun, friendly and inclusive sessions offer a joyful way to enjoy low-impact exercise through dance and creative movement. We use a range of props – including pom poms, sensory scarves, flashing sticks and wrist bells – to stimulate the senses, encourage movement and make the sessions engaging for everyone. ✨ Term-time only – next term starts Thursday 23rd April (5-week term) 📍 The Vista Hall, Spalding, PE11 2PB 🕐 1:30–2:30pm Price & Booking • 5-week term: £20 • Carers/support staff attend free • To book: email Bekki/Rose – info@adultsmovelincolnshire.com • Payment: cash at the first session or an online pay link can be sent • Term bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable For more information or to discuss suitability, call Bekki: 07833 606051. 💃 Come along to move, groove and enjoy our Sensory Dance sessions!
