Service Description
This empowering, baby-friendly fitness course is designed to help new mums rebuild strength, reconnect with their bodies, and find support in a relaxed, welcoming space. Over 8 weeks, you’ll be guided through safe and effective workouts that focus on postpartum recovery, confidence-building, and functional strength — all with your baby by your side. Whether you’re six weeks or six months postpartum, this programme meets you where you’re at. What’s included: • 8 weekly in-person group PT sessions (approx. 60 mins) • Baby-inclusive and judgement-free • Strength-focused, pelvic floor-safe exercises • Mini equipment kit to keep (e.g. resistance band, Pilates ball) • Take-home workout plans to continue progress between sessions • Private WhatsApp group for updates, motivation & community Investment: £96 (includes all sessions, kit, and support materials) 25% Discount if you are a member of the Perinatal Power Circle Facebook Group.
