Service Description

Our Sensory Dance classes are specially designed for adults with additional needs and disabilities, providing a fun, welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone can enjoy the benefits of movement. Each session combines low-impact dance, music and creative movement to improve physical wellbeing, coordination, confidence and social connection. We use a variety of colourful sensory props, including pom poms, scarves, flashing light sticks and wrist bells, to stimulate the senses, encourage participation and make every class engaging and enjoyable. Whether you love to dance or simply enjoy moving to music, our sessions are suitable for a wide range of abilities and are adapted to meet individual needs. Class Details: Term time only Thursdays, Time TBC. Bromley Memorial Hall, Spalding, PE11 3LL Prices & Booking: £5 per class Term bookings are preferred (pay-as-you-go is available, subject to spaces) Carers and support staff attend free of charge To book your place, please email info@adultsmovelincolnshire.com.
