    Movement to Motown is a fun and uplifting seated exercise class set to classic Motown music. Designed especially for those who prefer gentle, low-impact movement, the session helps improve mobility, coordination and wellbeing while enjoying some of the greatest hits. Using simple, easy-to-follow movements from a seated position, we move our arms, legs and upper body to the rhythm of Motown favourites, creating an energising and social atmosphere.     TRIAL CLASS 2 + SOCIAL Bromley Memorial Hall, Spalding Our Mum & Baby Dance sessions are all about feel-good movement with your little one – whether in a sling or pram. Expect simple, easy-to-follow movement, great music, and a supportive group of mums all in the same season of life. This isn’t about getting it “right” or knowing the steps. It’s about gently moving your body, boosting your mood, and enjoying time in a relaxed, welcoming, baby-friendly space (because life isn’t always predictable!). 45-minute class followed by a cuppa, chat & play.   • Sensory Sports

    Join Roseanna for our next 4-week Sensory Sports at The Holbeach Hub in Holbeach, starting Friday 6th March. Each week we’ll explore a different sport — rounders, badminton, tennis, and football — through sensory-based movement activities designed to be accessible, inclusive, and fun. These sessions aren’t about traditional gameplay — they’re about connection, confidence, and the joy of movement. Expect adapted exercises using familiar sports equipment in creative, engaging ways to help everyone get active and reach the recommended 150 minutes of movement per week. Thanks to funding from Sense, this 4-week course of Sensory Sports is completely free of charge. We’ll also invite participants to share short feedback after each session, helping us understand the impact and continue breaking barriers for adults with additional needs to access sport and fitness opportunities.     Our Sensory Dance Class is specially designed for adults with complex disabilities and learning disabilities. These fun, friendly and inclusive sessions offer a joyful way to enjoy low-impact exercise through dance and creative movement. We use a range of props – including pom poms, sensory scarves, flashing sticks and wrist bells – to stimulate the senses, encourage movement and make the sessions engaging for everyone. ✨ Term-time only 📍 Bromley Memorial Hall, Spalding, PE11 3LL 🕐 1:30–2:30pm Price & Booking • £4 per class.     MUM + Baby Exercise is a slow-paced, supportive 1-hour class designed for postnatal mums. The focus is on safe postnatal movement, functional strength, and gentle progression in a welcoming, no-pressure environment. This class supports your body as it heals after birth, helping you rebuild core strength, improve stability, and feel stronger for everyday mum life. The session is mixed ability, offering: - Low-impact, restorative options for early postnatal recovery - Higher-impact progressions for mums further along (up to 1 year postpartum and beyond) who are ready to challenge themselves safely Babies and children are warmly welcome. Feed, cuddle, settle or pause whenever you need — this is a space designed around real motherhood.
