Movement to Music for Parkinson's

PUK_Logo_RGB_Funded by_Cy (1).png

Our Movement to Music Session aims to improve the physical, emotional, and social well-being of individuals with Parkinson's disease residing in South Holland. We are committed to making this programme accessible and beneficial for all participants, and we hope to make a positive impact on the lives of those living with Parkinson's in our community.

As part of the programme, our founder and instructor, Bekki, delivers a weekly Movement to Music session followed by a 'tea and chat' at the W.I Hall in Holbeach, Lincolnshire. This is available to join in person and live online. We also have available 'Anytime, Anywhere' videos so that you can enjoy some exercise when it suits you best.

With Bekki you can expect an inclusive and supportive environment where you can engage in fun and feel-good physical activity. By incorporating music into the movement activities, we hope to create a fun and uplifting atmosphere that can help improve the overall well-being of participants.
