Perinatal Power Circle - Monthly Social

Join us on the last Monday of the month at Whaplode Village Hall, straight after Mum + Baby Yoga, for a relaxed and welcoming social meet-up for mums, mums-to-be and babies.

With Christmas and New Year often bringing a mix of busyness, pressure and overwhelm, this is a chance to slow down, step out of the chaos, and simply be. A warm cuppa, gentle conversation and shared space can make such a difference at this time of year.

We’ll have tea, coffee and biscuits, and plenty of time to chat, connect and unwind. It’s a baby-friendly space, with room for little ones to play while you enjoy some adult connection.
