Welcome to Socialise & Mobilise, a delightful initiative brought to life by SHDC and our founder Bekki in 2023 within sheltered accommodation areas. What to look forward to: * Fun, feel-good music and movement * Engaging exercises to limber up joints and boost aerobics, suitable for older adults and adults with mobility concerns. * Playful equipment like Poms, Scarves, and resistance bands * Warm and cordial atmosphere * Refreshing water and squash provided Session Details for Crowland 📍 Trinity Court - Albion Street, Crowland, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, PE6 0EA 📅 Every Thursday from 15th May 🕚 11am-12pm 💰 FREE - funded by SHDC for 6 weeks To join the jolly sessions, you can either Book via Email adultsmove@gmail.com or just turn up!
